The church is a popular site near the centre of Beeston, with room for photos outside.  An organist and verger can be provided.

Rooms available for hire

We are glad to let out our rooms for community use.  Many groups meet regularly for activities ranging in style from kick-boxing to choral singing, from toddlers’ groups to discussion meetings. 

Occasional one-off events like family parties, fashion shows and nearly-new sales are also welcomed.  A realistic charge is made and heating is provided in season.

Our main hall (16 x 9 m) can be divided by a sound-proof partition into two almost equal halves (Hall A and Hall B).  The Guild Room (9 x 6 m) has a piano. The smaller Wesley Room (6 x 5 m) and Epworth Room (7.5 x 4 m) complete the set of available rooms. 

Our charges are based on a 4-hour session, but longer or shorter times can be catered for.  In line with our Methodist heritage, alcohol and smoking are not allowed on our premises, but there is a help-yourself coffee bar in the foyer. Toilets with baby-changing facilities are available. Kitchen facilities are available for qualified users.

The sessional rates charged from September 2006 are:

The church itself, which seats 520, can be hired for special services (schools, scouts) and for concerts (see details of the music facilities) or other functions. 

Bookings are normally arranged through the Church Office (open 9 to 12 on weekdays).  A deposit may be required, and a key can be issued for out-of-hours access. You may print and return a booking form if you wish.
